    The driver rang at 7.10am and said he’d be at my house in 20 minutes and he was, they carried the fridge freezer into the kitchen and were very pleasant throughout. The driver also explained what to do if when the item was unpacked there were any problems.

    Paid £25 to have old fridge freezer scrapped when the new chest freezer was delivered. Unfortunately, we were the first delivery for this particular driver and he did not have room on his van to take away our old fridge freezer. He said he would come back later when he had room on his van, which he did. however, this meant re-arranging an appointment and re-organising child care arrangements. Delivery guys were very apologetic. It was not their fault.
    I have since spoken with customer service from LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com who refunded the scrapping charge. They were genuinely disappointed that things hadn’t gone as expected and have done as much as they can to put things right. Thank you Ben.

    Easy to buy on line and book a morning slot. I was puzzled about the membership payment not being on the invoice, but I called the call centre, got through reasonably quickly and the agent explained what that was about.
    The delivery slot was clarified to between 8 and 9 soon after 7, and the delivery went ahead with no problem and my old fridge freezer was taken away
    I had kept my frozen food in my old freezer to keep it frozen, and I now wish I had asked them to wait for a few minutes whilst I loaded it into the new freezer. That way possibly my old freezer could have been refurbished and sold or donated to someone else

    Lost a star as the delivery person advised not to switch the fridge freezer on for 3 hrs. We said its ok we will pull it out and switch it on later . After 2 hrs we decided to take the drawers and packaging out from inside the fridge and it was then that we realised the delivery person had actually plugged in the fridge . Lights on, temperature dropping and they did not tell us . We switched it off again and left for 3 further hours.

    My fridge freezer packed in on a Friday. I ordered a new one the day after on the Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday morning! I was so impressed!
    My old one was taken away along with all packaging and the brand new machine back in its place. Job done. Very happy customer.
