    Unfortunately the driver had been informed of an out of date home telephone number and had not been informed of my mobile number and therefore was unable to contact me to let me know when to expect them. The same thing happened the previous week and Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse was informed that my mobile number should be used. Fortunately I had remained at home and was therefore in when the van arrived.
    The crew were excellent and installed a new fridge freezer and checked every aspect of the installation making sure vetted properly into the cupboard and the doors closed properly. The two employees were very pleasant and made sure I understood everything about the installation. Unfortunately the indrution manual was missing from the information pack not the fault of the fitters.

    We ordered a fridge freezer which turned out to not fit the space properly and Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse were so efficient and helpful. They managed to get a team out to collect it at no charge within 2 days, and we had a new fridge freezer that does fit delivered on the same day. We also have a Victorian terrace with very narrow doorways and a very steep set of front steps, which Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse’s delivery team navigated with so much professionalism.

However when I eventually managed to do so, the agents were very polite and helpful. In fact much to my surprise and delight they sent the spare part out by special delivery. Thank you for that.

    Booked for collection and recycle of a fridge and freezer. Easy to book online, notifications received confirming booking and approximate times, email received on day advising of a 4hr time slot then call to confirm 1hr time slot. Arrived as advised and removed items to be collected.
    Great service and peace of mind knowing items are going to be recycled correctly- thank you.
