    Our old TV was on a stand and the driver said that removing the old TV from its stand was not part of his job even though they were taking it away. I was not aware of this and couldn’t see why this would be any different to the washing machine we purchased earlier which was disconnected and removed by you. Despite his reservations the driver did in fact disconnect and remove the old TV , so all credit to him. However the screws to attach the new one to the stand were the wrong size so ultimately it had to be left standing on the floor. He very quickly had it set up and working fine but there was virtually no guidance provided on how to operate the new TV which was very different to the old one and has since taken me a few days to find my way around it. That would have helped those of us of a certain age and less technically literate.

    I tried to order on line but ended up making the order over the phone.
    The lady I spoke to was very helpful, although I obviously wasn’t listening properly because I thought the delivery also included fitting..

    Delivery was within the 4 hours time slot… Easy to track… Delivery men efficient, friendly and helpful..

    Washing machine very quiet.. So far so good..

    I purchased a washing machine from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse on 7/2/26.all fine for 4 weeks until I couldn’t open the machine door,washing still inside,Warranty engineer came out,diagnosed door locking thermal device.Advised probably 2 weeks,not so good.!then update no ETA.!! Got onto Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and their team of ladies,Isi,Gemma,Noel were fantastic,arranged an authorisation to collect and replace unit,next day,with manufacturers who were very slow at agreement,but ladies at Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, customer service.100% effective.Thank you ladies your the BEST.👍😊
