    What let them down was the delivery guys. I bought a high value large OLED TV and when they took it out of the van it was clear it had been on the floor as the bottom of the box was so wet it had fallen apart. The guys man handled it like it was a washing machine with no regard for its value or sensitvity, complaining about how big it was and that it had to go up one flight of stairs. It is crazy complaining about delivering things when when your job is delivering things ! My last delivery was from Marks Electrical and it was “chalk & cheese”, those two guys were cheerful and helpful the minute they arrived.

    The installation wasn’t an easy task at all as the washing machine needed an extension hose to connect to the pipes.
    Jamie and Kristian from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse were absolutely brilliant, due to the extra work required I’m was expecting them to just give up and say they couldn’t install it, but they went above and beyond having to run the extension hose underneath the dishwasher to the back of the pipes.
