    Annoyingly my dishwasher broke after 12 years of light to average use. Not ideal. Having checked the basics myself and unable to rectify the problem I decided it would be a false economy to try to repair it.

    I looked up a model similar to the one I had being the same manufacturer with identical dimensions to avoid having potential issues with fitting etc. I’m sure I could have chosen another one that would have been fine but I just didn’t want to risk it.     We accidentally ordered a dishwasher with the wrong hinge. The delivery team came, informed us they couldn’t fit it, but instead of making it a big deal, they let us know the exact type of hinge we needed, and let us re-order for no extra charge. In fact we were refunded the £20 difference as the second dishwasher we ordered was slightly cheaper than the first. When the second delivery team came a few days later, it turns out our kitchen cabinets are not standard lengths. The team then remeasured everything so they could install it perfectly to fit with our awkward, non-standard cabinet sizes. Very good customer service – highly recommend.     All good eventually, but fitters immediately said ‘oh we have a problem’. We didn’t have a problem. Once I pointed out what was happening, the item was removed. They then said we have another problem. I had a plumber working for 2 hrs on Monday to make sure there were no issues. I explained that the plumber said there should be no issue. They were then able to fit the dishwasher with no issue.     They were absolutely amazing, the door I purchased was slightly too big so, I asked them to cut from the bottom for it to fit and so they did upon my instructions. I was advised that if there is a leak the door will swell and that it will look bad. I anm more than happy for the anfv and do take the chances. If that is to happen I will purchase another door and do the same again. And now it looks absolutely amazing.

    The delivery person who came on Saturday was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. He quickly identified that our old dishwasher was hard‑wired and explained that he wasn’t qualified to make that specific connection. Instead of leaving it there, he went above and beyond by contacting the Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse help centre himself and clearly explaining the situation.

    Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse then promptly arranged a follow‑up appointment with a qualified engineer just three days later. The dishwasher was safely left with us, and the whole process felt seamless and well managed.

    The engineer, Kieran, arrived as scheduled and was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient—completing the wiring in around 20 minutes. He then took the extra time to thoroughly test the dishwasher for leaks and patiently explained how to use it, all in a very friendly and reassuring manner.

    I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Old item removed, new dishwasher fitted and tested. All very efficient and friendly. Dishwasher working perfectly. What more could you ask for ?
