We also paid to have the old taken away and the new plumbed in. This is where we were let down.
Unfortunately when the chap tried to disengage the old machine he pulled the sink waste pipe away from the sink. I ended up having to buy a new u bend and fit it otherwise would not have been able to use my sink.
So star rating reflects the inconvenience rather than the dishwasher.
Update: After, my review, I spoke to Tamara from customercare/services and an agreement was reached. I am happy that this matter is being resolved to my satisfaction and have now adjusted the star rating accordingly.

Bought a dishwasher at a great price and paid for unpacking, disconnect, connect new machine and remove old appliance and packaging.
We received a call in advance to advise what time the delivery would be and they arrived as expected. The driver and his colleague were professional, polite and very friendly.
Our under sink plumbing is not the easiest but the installers just got on and did what needed to be done without any issues.
Machine was tested prior to them leaving. Overall a very good experience and would not hesitate to use the company again as the 2 installers were a credit to themselves and the company.

His efficiency in fitting the new machine was remarkable and the plumbing and the electrics were dealt with expertly. I only decided to replace my dishwasher yesterday afternoon. I received receipts and invoice when I placed the order. And advised what I needed to, ie make sure the machine they were collecting was not hard wired
Overnight I received an email to advise tracking details.Today I got a call to say when the delivery was and could follow it on the tracker.
The two gentleman who arrived were polite and friendly. They soon had removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one and tested it. Instructions were left on the side for me.

An excellent experience! I had a text around 6am to share a 4 hour time slot, then a phone call around 8am to let me know a 1.5 hour time slot. The two men came within this time and were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They went over and above by cleaning up excess water that had leaked during the disconnection and didn’t leave until the dishwasher had been tested out.

I ordered a dishwasher and arranged a date/time for delivery. The day before it was due they sent a text to say they didn’t have any in stock & were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer. 🙁 I said I was willing to wait a week so rang the following Saturday and arranged a delivery for the following Monday. On the delivery day I was waiting in during the allocated 4 hr time slot only to receive a message to say it had been delivered. It hadn’t so I spent the next 30 mins trying to find out where my dishwasher had been left (apparently there was a photo with the dishwasher on someone’s doorstep). Eventually the van arrived and the dishwasher was delivered and the old one collected. the driver said that there had been a computer error!!

Poor service so far. We stayed in all day on Friday but the tracker showed the truck returning to the depot without any text or email updates. They did deliver our dishwasher the next morning, and the delivery men were pleasant. However the appliance does not work, and it is almost impossible to get through to LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com’s customer service centre – a huge list of options and then the phone cut out. We received a call in advance to advise what time the delivery would be and they arrived as expected. The driver and his colleague were professional, polite and very friendly.
Our under sink plumbing is not the easiest but the installers just got on and did what needed to be done without any issues.

I ordered a dishwasher and arranged a date/time for delivery. The day before it was due they sent a text to say they didn’t have any in stock & were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer. 🙁 I said I was willing to wait a week so rang the following Saturday and arranged a delivery for the following Monday. On the delivery day I was waiting in during the allocated 4 hr time slot only to receive a message to say it had been delivered. It hadn’t so I spent the next 30 mins trying to find out where my dishwasher had been left (apparently there was a photo with the dishwasher on someone’s doorstep). Eventually the van arrived and the dishwasher was delivered and the old one collected. the driver said that there had been a computer error!!

I have ordered from this company before, a few years ago and remember that I had a great customer experience, so when my dishwasher decided to pack in I decided to order a new one from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse. When I went to order it was unfortunately out of stock, but the next day I was emailed to say it was back in stock.So I ordered it straightaway, with in 10 mins it was followed up my a lovely guy called Joe, who was just making sure I’d ordered the right item, which was reassuring. After ordering, I more or less picked my own delivery date, which was good and the £20 free delivery was very reasonable.I have recieved my new dishwasher today, emailed me this morning to give me a 4 hour delivery slot, and I could track the delivery, so brilliant.

Fast efficient delivery. Unfortunately the dishwasher originally delivered was damaged. Despite this the delivery guys were helpful and called customer service on my behalf to arrange a replacement. Customer service team were helpful and arranged a replacement for next day delivery. This was then installed quickly and efficiently by another delivery team.
Despite the problem I would definitely recommend Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse to anyone for their 1st class service.

I do not think it was great, although, it was good service. We ordered our dishwasher, it arrived on time within the time parameters. The guys were helpful and efficient when they delivered it.
I am unhappy about the excessive free delivery that can be loaded onto the price of the goods. That really just becomes a way of making additional money on something that you have already paid for.
