Amazing service from Lifestyle Home Appliances. Ordered a new fridge freezer yesterday and this morning they arrived removed the old unit and installed the new one. It was not a straight forward job but nothing was too much trouble. We now have a new fridge freezer installed and working.

I bought a Hisense oven in October last year which became faulty, I spoke with Lifestyle Home Appliances, who liaised with the manufacturer to organise repair, unfortunately, the repair did not fix the problem.
I called on Good Friday and spoke to Elsa, who was helpful, polite and friendly. Elsa offered a replacement, I was fitted with an AEG oven on the following Tuesday!
The electrical engineer who removed the faulty oven and fitted the replacement was friendly and chatty too.
From a disaster with the original faulty oven, tk a solid win for Lifestyle Home Appliances with top notch Customer Experience.
