    Washing machine broke on Monday – ordered a replacement at midday. It was installed and running the first wash by 8am on Tuesday!
    Delivery drivers gave me 30 mins notice of their arrival, were really friendly. Unplumbed the broken one, took it away and got the new one up and running.
    All whilst entertaining my 4 year old talking to them – and they gave her a teddy, so she was very happy!

    10 month old Hoover washing machine had become noisy. Hoover engineer said the bearings had gone and he checked on his phone and said there was none in the country. 3 weeks later we had heard nothing, so emailed Hoover who gave us an uplift number to return the machine back to Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse who i had purchased the machine from. I phoned Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and i was a long time on hold waiting to speak to someone. Eventually i spoke to a lovely woman who helped me pick a replacement machine as the one i had was out of stock as a replacement, so i picked an Indesit machine instead. She arranged delivery for the next day ( today ) which was great. Delivery driver and mate where good and polite. I have bought a few things off Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse in the past and will buy from them in the future as well. Thank you

    After some deliberation and trawling through reviews I bought a new Hinsense washing machine, this is because our old one was making a hell of a noise when put on a 60°C wash.

    Had a look through and was going for another well brand but paused when I saw the size of the machine and it was cheaper.

    Our machine was a 7kg and fell in love with this 10.5kg. Measured up and yes it would fit, it would work, decided I couldn’t wait for it to be delivered so I got delivered today.

    The old machine was disconnected whilst other gentleman was unpacking the new one, was all done and dusted within a short period of time.
