The service I have received has been 5*. Yesterday the man arrived within the given time slot of which I’d been advised my email and phone call. I had purchased the wrong type of washing machine! I’d bought, and paid for, an integrated one where I needed a free standing one. He then contacted the service provider for me and I was able to have the correct washing machine installed today. Everyone I had contact with were polite and courteous, and kept me informed.

Ordered a Bosch washing machine from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse decent price(bluelight discount as well) and delivered next day which what was advertised. Delivery lads phoned to let me know. And were professional and friendly.
I have ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse before, my mum recommended them once, and they’ll be my first place to look for future items, like the bread maker I’m currently convincing myself I need.
Ordered the same exact model from BOSCH, and had 2 cancelled deliveries.
Wasting a days holiday pay.
The 40 quid it would of saved on a special deal with BOSCH is no good when having to pay for the laundry.
And casting my mind back the originak broken washing machine took 2 weeks after changes to the advertised another retailer black friday next day promise. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

Took delivery of two bosch appliances (dishwasher and washing machine). First scheduled delivery was somewhat stressful, appliances were unpacked in the pouring rain. While this may be fine and standard, if you’ve spent the better part of 1.2k on appliances you’d like a bit more care as the appliance was covered in water/dirt by the time it was fitted. The engineer wasnt able to connect the washing machine due to a missing valve internal to our plumbing, which is understandable but as an ‘experienced’ engineer you would think they would have more expertise in locating the external stopcock as the internal one was too stiff for us to fully turn off and no help was offered. Dishwasher was installed but was connected badly with an immediate leak. Luckily we noticed before they pulled away and got them to sort. Second delivery of washing machine (after sorting the valve) was perfect, experienced engineer was so helpful, and corrected something the previous engineer hadn’t done on the dishwasher. Reschedule etc was all handled efficiently by Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse.
