The manufacturers box the microwave arrived in was a bit battered and looked as if it had been opened and then re closed, an impression reinforced by the fact that the top level of polystyrene protection was broken and had been repaired with tape, and there was no paperwork in the box, so no instructions. The microwave works fine.

The manufacturers box the microwave arrived in was a bit battered and looked as if it had been opened and then re closed, an impression reinforced by the fact that the top level of polystyrene protection was broken and had been repaired with tape, and there was no paperwork in the box, so no instructions. My first experience of shopping with Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, and very impressive it was. The microwave gave up the ghost last Wednesday, by the evening I’d browsed the Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse website, chosen a replacement, arranged delivery for Friday and also for the defunct microwave to be collected for recycling. A text on Friday morning giving a four hour window, followed by a confirming phone call shortly afterwards. The order was delivered late morning, the old microwave collected, job done. Seamless, so easy and great communication. 10/10, I wish all purchases were as simple and straightforward!
