Competitive prices, easy to order via the website, communications from delivery driver great, delivered in delivery window as said, very friendly & helpful drivers and as new customer took away old appliance for free. Very happy.

Delivery was prompt and the driver was pleasant enough. However the product quality is below what I paid for.

I appreciated Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse’s texts, emails and prompt delivery and installation. The Neff double oven seems very nice, but it’s too early yet to say how it performs after just one meal. I’m very much hoping its easy-cleaning function works well – ha ha! That was a big attraction of it – and the telescopic shelf, as that was recommended to me for safety as I get older.

From the day of delivery of my double oven and hob was 5 star . Even when I had an issue with the hob not having the residual heat indicators it was changed for another make without any hassle at all . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all round . Superb customer care

Ordered a double, built in oven.
Was able to select a delivery date to suit me. The company kept me updated on estimated delivery times throughout the day. Drivers were polite, professional and helpful.
Slight niggles with cooker. It was designed to slot over the front edge of cooker cabinet (assuming it was 15mm width -mine was 18mm. This was not specified) Not an issue as just 5mm (1/4″) deep. Also, the LED displays are very feint, and difficult to see if cooker is placed between two windows (no, its not a protective plastic layer over the top).

The delivery was very smooth, they carried the new oven into our back
gate and through our double doors into
our kitchen. They removed the old oven were very pleasant, and took it away with them.

I cannot fault the service from start to finish with the delivery of a double oven.
Having ordered around midday one day, it was delivered by 10am the following morning, having been kept in touch by the drivers twice. One an hour or so before delivery, and again around 15 minutes prior to delivery. The contact centre phoned too, to check on everything.
A* customer service and competitive pricing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Electric hob was delivered in good condition at about the time they said when they phoned early that morning.
Courtesy call the day before offering an extended guarantee (declined) and asked about removing the old one.

It not every time that you enjoy a white goods delivery. The guys who dropped off the double oven had plenty of charisma and banter – made the experience all the more enjoyable. Well done guys.

The whole process of placing an order was made so easy.
The delivery men phoned 5 minutes before they arrived which was a lot earlier than I expected. They were very careful in the handling of my new double oven and placed it where I asked. 5 Stars to them. Much appreciated.

Nice early arrival extremely polite. Fitted with no fuss.
Highly recommend. Oven had only one fine scratch, not LifestyleHome fault, would have liked to have known first.
