In this day and age where sorting a delivery out of any kind seems to be a nightmare and major hassle LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com stood out above all other delivery services.
Although it advised at first the delivery could be between 7am and 7pm or something they do actually text first thing to give you a smaller time slot. They did this and actually stuck to it despite having issues on previous deliveries. The delivery guys showed concern to our recently newly layed patio (they were delivering a washing machine so didn’t want to damage the patio at all). They managed to get the job done of fitting and recycling the old washer in a timely fashion despite some complications with the existing set up. All done professionally and proficiently. No throwing the package over the fence with these guys. Though granted they would have struggled to do that with a washing machine. Great work and thanks again.

I suddenly had a fault with my old washing machine and was able to choose a replacement from all the information online. I actually placed the order in the early hours of the morning as my need was so desperate.
I was amazed that even though it was a Bank Holiday I could arrange removal of my old washer and installation of my new one in less than 36 hours!
The delivery installation guys were marvellous nothing was too much trouble even asking if there was anything else they could help with me being over 70. I have to say from start to finish it was impeccable and was kept informed throughout the process from order placement to even how many stops they were away. Stumbled upon Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, they had a great deal on an under the kitchen top washing machine as my old one gave up the ghost on the weekend. I was super happy with their Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse club offer they had, where you get reduced price on the goods, plus delivery and recycling of your old one for free. Worked for me, plus the disconnect connect package was only 35 quid, so a positive surprise there. The delivery guys were caring, gave me plenty of notice about delivery, were understanding of any concerns i had, gave me a chance to clean under the old washing machine space, connected the new one, and did the testing. The website is clear and simple to navigate with a fantastic choice of products. On this occasion, we needed a new washing machine and quickly too, after our old one had died, as ours is a busy household generating a lot of laundry!
Placing the order was super easy, as was picking a delivery date that worked for me (worth noting that they offered next-day delivery, which I hadn’t expected).
On the day, I received a notification with the time slot I’d been allocated. Later on the driver to called to let me know that they were approximately an hour away. Meant that I wasn’t tied to the house on the promise of some unspecified time in a 12hr window as I’ve experienced with other companies.
Highly recommend opting in to have the delivery driver take the packaging away, and your old machine too. Is totally worth it and makes everything so straightforward.

I originally ordered the washing machine from another retailer on 29th December on behalf of my 82 year old mother. After waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and connection, she had a rotten experience being let down with her delivery and being made to wait another 10 days for re-delivery through no fault of her own. It was hard to contact the another retailer call centre and the staff were very unhelpful so I cancelled the order with them and ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse. The Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse team has made an 82 year old lady very happy. She said the staff were polite, courteous and respectful and she felt that she didn’t get that from another retailer. Initial delivery failed due to machine installers saying I needed a new water valve as mine was broken. The delivery guys showed concern to our recently newly layed patio (they were delivering a washing machine so didn’t want to damage the patio at all). They managed to get the job done of fitting and recycling the old washer in a timely fashion despite some complications with the existing set up. All done professionally and proficiently. No throwing the package over the fence with these guys. Though granted they would have struggled to do that with a washing machine. Great work and thanks again.

On the day, I received a notification with the time slot I’d been allocated. Later on the driver to called to let me know that they were approximately an hour away. Meant that I wasn’t tied to the house on the promise of some unspecified time in a 12hr window as I’ve experienced with other companies.

I originally ordered the washing machine from another retailer on 29th December on behalf of my 82 year old mother. After waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and connection, she had a rotten experience being let down with her delivery and being made to wait another 10 days for re-delivery through no fault of her own. It was hard to contact the another retailer call centre and the staff were very unhelpful so I cancelled the order with them and ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse. The Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse team has made an 82 year old lady very happy. She said the staff were polite, courteous and respectful and she felt that she didn’t get that from another retailer.
