I paid extra £12 for named day delivery before 12pm! However it soon became clear that this was not going to happen as emails/info received said to expect delivery 28th Jan NO time specified!
I spoke with Ash from the Manchester centre and explained this and she was incredibly helpful and advised that I contact after delivery to confirm that it was AFTER 12pm and the additional £12 would be credited back to me!
I intended to call 29th when delivery will have been updated and recorded where I expect to receive my monies returned!
