My new TV failed just outside the 31 day return window. After calling SAMSUNG they confirmed a replacement was needed. Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse were amazing, the very kind chap organised a pick up of the faulty tv and delivery of a new one. It was all resolved the next day.
