Packaging was excellent. Having bought tablet/devices from elsewhere, they’re usually bundled into a bag with only their manufacturing packaging for protection during transit. Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse had this in a bag that contained a larger box with my device securely packed within. Dispatch and delivery was way faster than I expected too.

Excellent service, from the descriptive product details on the website, then the easy to understand and navigate purchasing process and options, organising the delivery day and time window to suit me, the prompt professional courteous and friendly delivery staff. I’d say it went much better than visiting another retailer’s finding what I wanted WITHOUT any help from the very limited staff numbers and then tried to place my order only to be told by the sales person that the manager would come over with his tablet at the ready and put me on a LIST to be served. Lol another retailer’s wasn’t that busy, maybe 16 customers and 7 staff members! Put on a list to be served???? What ever next?! So I left, went on Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and placed my order there instead, which is what I should have done in the beginning.

Which Best Buy tablet in stock and dispatched within 24hrs.
The only problem, as often seems to be common these days was a DPD delivery man leaving this valuable package on our doorstep without knocking. We have a loud door knocker and were in. Their tracking showed the package as having been handed to me in person. This is a lie and reflects badly on DPD.
