After having a few issues with my original HP laptop, & trying to get issues sorted by HP assistants, I managed to get my HP laptop taken back by Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, & ordered a different one of the same make. I write a review 1 star a few days ago as i was getting nowhere 4 advisors and still no repair.
However i had to keep calling back as my laptop is over 2000 and needs repairing again in the 1st year. When i say samsung are the worst i really mean it dont buy there products they are like a problematic company and products.
I would like to thank Pat who took on my issues and removed me so i could be calm and less stressed as a AUDHD Advocate. I thank you for giving that lil bit more as i am now able to tackle other commitments without the stress of samsung.

Initially item ordered was incorrect. Delivery crew & customer services resolved confusion and a different, more appropriate item was ordered up and delivered in time for a booked fitting date.
The only issue was not managing to speak to the same person in customer services. She rang me back while I stepped out of the room; again while I was the phone with a different agent; third time while I was speaking with a 3rd agent having booted up the laptop, identified a more suitable product znd placing order. Repeatedly having to explain the situation .
