Lifestyle Home Appliances took ownership of the issue with my LG screen having lost picture.
LG as the manufacturer expected me as the customer to wait 24-48 hours for an engineer to arrange to repair than potentially wait a further 7-14 days for the repair visit at my inconvenience.
Lifestyle Home Appliances took the commercial decision the keep the customer as the priority and replaced my TV the next day
