I paid extra to ensure my vacuum was delivered by 12pm the next day, which it was. Unfortunately the floor tool was broken. I called Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse because I wanted to return it and buy another make, instead I was given Numatic’s telephone number to sort the problem and they are sending me a replacement floor tool. Because the vacuum cleaner it was broken, it has put me off it and I just wanted to get another make. Going forward I will purchase from another retailer’s as they would let me return the faulty goods and refund me.
