Washing Machine packed up on Sunday so after a bit of research ordered a replacement the same day. Arrived the next day via two helpful lads, unpacked and took away the old one. Also saved £50 due to ‘Lifestyle Home Appliances Membership’ Fantastic!. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

Easy to navigate website. Fast delivery on chosen product. Good communication re delivery timings. However the item arrived scratched. The delivery person tried to persuade us to keep it, advising that it’d be covered under the manufacturer warranty. This didn’t sound right so we double checked. We were told by Lifestyle Home Appliances Customer Services that it wouldn’t have been covered.
We asked them to take it back and received a replacement the next day.
All in all a good experience but it would have been different had we kept the original appliance and tried to get new doors under the warranty.
