The fridge freezer broke down on Saturday evening, a new one was ordered on Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse for delivery on Monday, the order process was nice and easy.
Guys arrives about 12 pm on Monday, had a quick check that the delivery was OK, etc., they unload the unit and unpack, they knock on the door, NO PLUG on the unit. I mean, come on, HOW did that get past checks at the manufacturer and 2 from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse itself? Is nothing checked??
Of course, it had to go back, and a new one was ordered.
Arrived on Tuesday, with a plug! grand.

After they left we discovered a slight fault with the door ( not their fault ) but a phone call to customer services saw them return and fix it without bother. Had an American Fridge freezer delivered today, unfortunately the delivery proved difficult and we had to remove a door in the end.
The delivery drivers were very patient and helpful. So was the customer service person as I had to amend my payment so as my old freezer would be disposed of.

The first delivery drivers Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse sent on Wednesday the 21st of Jan took at look through my house to see where they would have to bring the ordered fridge/freezer, went back to their van and then about 20 minutes later I got a call from their customer support team saying they were unable to complete the delivery. She was very apologetic and said she would reorganise for another team to try to complete the delivery on Tuesday the 27th.
The team of Theo and Spencer that arrived on the 27th were very professional and helpful. They pointed out the difficulties with the delivery that would explain why the other team had cancelled, but then went ahead and managed to bring the ordered fridge/freezer through into my kitchen. Was very impressed by their service and their upbeat attitude when facing challenges which included needing to take my kitchen door off the hinges to fit the fridge/freezer through. Very happy with the new fridge, very happy with the second delivery team.

Just had a new fridge and washing machine delivered and installed by Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! I was dreading the swap-over, but the two lads who turned up were spot on. They navigated my narrow hallway without taking chunks out of the walls and had the old appliances unhooked and out the door in minutes. The installation of the new kit was seamless, they levelled everything up, checked for leaks, and even gave me a quick run through of the controls etc. Best part? They took all the mountain of packaging and the old crusty appliances away with them, so I wasn’t left with a mini-scrapyard! Fast, polite, and actually turned up when they said they would. If you’re on the fence about paying for the install/removal service, just do it. It’s worth every penny for the peace of mind. 10/10 would use them again!!

My only 1 small gripe was that within the boxing and packaging ( all of which we removed and taken away) the door had been held in place with sticky tape . The adhesive is aggressive and difficult to remove. Its right across the front of the door . Luckily it’s for use in a garage but I would not be happy if this floor standing fridge was going into a kitchen.

I cannot fault the delivery, cannot fault the speed of service or the quality of goods provided. What I can find fault with is that I paid for my old appliance to be recycled as past of my package and yet three days later my old appliance is still sitting in the front garden for all to see.
On the day I was told that the old washing machine would not fit in the van to be recycled as whoever loaded the van had done such a bad job the old machine would not fit in as a fridge freezer was blocking the space but somebody would arrange to come and collect it, I had paid for the service after all. Since then zero contact, no phone call, no email, not message nothing. My old fridge stands in my garden looking like a testament to someone who couldn’t care less. I work with babies, toddlers and special needs children. I made this clear when my new washing machine was delivered, the answer? Turn the door of the washing machine to face the wall, it should stop them climbing in! Please, please, please will you pick up my old washing machine? Either that or give me my money back so I can pay someone else to carry out the job I paid Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse to do. I’m all for modern art but this is not what I imagined
***Update. This was originally a 2 star review, I have to update following events as a result of my review. Within minutes of the above review going live I received a call with an apology and a date set for collection the following morning. At 9am the next day the machine was collected, I have since had follow up calls to ensure I am happy. This is how customer service should be done, very impressive and I am now a very happy customer. ***Update. This was originally a 2 star review, I have to update following events as a result of my review. Within minutes of the above review going live I received a call with an apology and a date set for collection the following morning. At 9am the next day the machine was collected, I have since had follow up calls to ensure I am happy. This is how customer service should be done, very impressive and I am now a very happy customer. In my book mistakes happen and it’s how it’s dealt with that matters and my issue was dealt with quickly, politely and made me feel valued as a customer. Well done

I have ordered a few items with Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and always been happy with my experience yesterday I had a fridge freezer delivered and paid to have the doors changed the people who delivered were polite but I don’t think they knew really what they were doing as it took them nearly 2 hours to change the doors around then I noticed a dent in the door so I am waiting for a phone call as I was not happy this time

We had to remove the front door to get the fridge in the house and the delivery guys were extremely patient, friendly and professional. They also contacted me a couple of times throughout the day to update me on their progress and arrived well within their time window.

Excellent experiance…Let me know the night before when they would arrive, which gave me the opportunity to empty and clean my old fridge ready for the delivery. Arrived when expected and changed the door from one side to the other very efficiently. Instructed me about when to switch it on and when l could transfer food back into the new fridge..all went as expected. Very happy customer.

Delivered within the advised time frame efficiently and cheerfully. The freezer compartment has an upper drawer and a lower shelf with door. A basic but functional appliance which was the only one I could find to fit the available space.

Excellent delivery service with my American fridge. They removed the door handles to get it through the door way and even offered to take off my kitchen door if necessary. But it wasn’t needed after the handles were taken off. Friendly and polite too.
