The delivery of the Hand Blender was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday 14th March and unfortunately I was out shopping when the courier tried to deliver. A not was left telling me that parcel would be delivered the following day: and it was indeed on a Sunday at 9.30 am. I am much impressed

I can’t believe how quickly it arrived I only ordered it 24 hours before. And £10 off so very happy. The only negative is the packaging. It was just in one of those plastic heat sealed bags so not much protection. The box was damaged but the blender was ok. Would prefer it was packaged in cardboard and paper to protect it, then I could have recycled it, instead the plastic had to go in the bin. But overall I am a very happy customer.

Confused about the pricing though. An Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse promotion booklet received in the post had the product on promotion at £27 for members. Therefore surprised to be charged a price of £29 despite being a member and signing in.
£2 difference not a big deal but still notified customer support.
Customer support were in touch to redress within hours of me raising this. The excellent customer service usually associated with Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse restored. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
