I received free installation, removing and discarding packaging, but was left with a lot of load of plastic coating on the cooker, but after Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse saw my review they contacted me, and I was reimbursed for the package removal and delivery, which I thought was a fair gesture, and all in all I was very pleased with the appliance
