I got a brand new MacBook for cheaper than other refurbished options. Delivery was so quick and customer service was great. I just received my order today but so far I’m very happy. I was disappointed . I needed a new laptop urgently and chose Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse as next day delivery was available for an additional fee. Laptop chosen and £7 extra paid for next day delivery. Later that day a pleasant lady rang to confirm the order (and try to sell me insurance). She told me that I would be contacted at 7am the following day with a one hour delivery slot. All good so far. The following day no 7am text and on checking progress online was informed my order was delayed. OK so I stayed in all day. The next day the laptop was delivered. 24 hours late. I was very disappointed. I would not have ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse if the next day delivery had not been offered.
However, Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse were quick to respond to my complaint and offered to refund my extra fee and offered compensation for my experience. Frankly I was amazed by this and can will now highly recommend their after sales care.

The website let me select an exact date for delivery of a laptop but apparently if something is being delivered by DPD they do next day delivery. This caused problems as my friend who was taking deliveries had a hospital appointment and now has to try to collect the laptop from a local post
office
The good news is that Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse recognised that this was a poor experience and provided acceptable compensation, so I’m happy to improve my rating

Good price, great service… there was a slight hiccup with availability/delivery but it was in my favour sort of: laptop was down for next day delivery but got a phone call to say the one I’d ordered was out of stock… but they were expecting more in a couple of days and would dispatch then. In the meantime I got a notification from DPD to say they had the laptop and would be delivering it next day lol. Low and behold it got delivered next day, so can only presume the stock arrived early or they had more than they thought in the warehouse. So yeah, can’t grumble!
