The driver and delivery chap were beyond amazing and so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend them. Only think found strange, was a brand new item, but on taking the pipe out to connect, water fell out ?? What is this all about? It is not a refurbed item?

The washer dryer was easy to order online and at a competative price. Chosing a delivery date was really easy and the deliver was exactly on time. recycling the old wd was also extremely useful.
