Ordered the Hotpoint washing machine and opted for delivery and installation plus removal of old machine.
I was kept well informed of delivery times and also
received both text message and telephone call on the morning telling me of approximate time of arrival.
The two gentlemen who arrived were efficient, friendly
and very helpful. A good experience.

Ordered our Hotpoint washing machine by phone. The lady was very nice. We chose an all-day delivery and received a text at 6.30am giving us a four hour slot for delivery and then tracked to enable us to prepare. The delivery guys were super nice. We were expecting it to be difficult as our plumbing is in our cellar (old house) but it was absolutely no trouble. Quick, efficient and we’re delighted!

The two men who delivered and fitted the washing machine were excellent.
BUT….when I read the instructions they said
DO NOT USE OLD HOSES. Why wasn’t a new hose included with the new Hotpoint washing machine?
I now worry that water may leak due to an old hose.
Please will you arrange for someone to come and fit a NEW HOSE.
THANK YOU.
