After ordering 3 fridge freezers (all the same brand) and them being faulty across multiple retailers, Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse were amazing at sorting out the damaged items and replacing them. 4th time lucky and going for a HiSense instead of Fridgemaster and I finally have a fridge freezer! The delivery men have been lovely everytime. Gifting green teddies to my daughter and swapping the fridge doors around. They took all my waste and rubbish away too. I honestly don’t put the damaged items down to Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, more the company who makes them and probably a faulty batch. But Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse have been in contact the whole time, speedy deliveries and providing lots of tracking for the items.

Good website search and select facilities and best price we could find for our new Hisense fridge / freezer. Just two days from order to receipt.
Good communication of delivery slot on the day. Two friendly delivery agents who were careful not to cause any damage to the appliance or our property.

Ordered a fridge freezer. It arrived. Was supposed to be frost free but had ice everywhere. Contacted LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com. Were sending someone out to look at it. They couldn’t do anything so they arranged for Pasifica engineers to visit. Tried contacting them but spent hours on line waiting to speak to someone. I was loosing the will to live. Contacted LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com. again explained the situation and that the item was not fit for purpose. They got in touch with Hisense and everything was sorted. New fridge freezer installed and so far brilliant. As it should have been. Thank you so much LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com. So efficient. We will definitely be back.
