Really happy with ordering process and the regular updates on the delivery. I wish I got the names of the lads who delivered it as it wasn’t an easy install and they went the extra mile to ensure I didn’t have to return it. Well played Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse!!!

I had a faulty washing machine still under warranty, no fault of anyone’s, these things happen right?
I called last week, the service was great from the get go, I was transferred to Hisense straight away and spoke to their team who quickly looked into the issues and offered me either a refund or a FOC replacement. I took the replacement option and was given a code to give to Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse. When I called on Sunday I spoke with a great team who quickly actioned the delivery and managed to get next day delivery. Washing machine was installed and delivered before 9am Monday morning. Two lovely gentlemen did a fantastic job and were very kind and efficient. I have 2 dogs that aren’t used to visitors. They were understanding and left them each a cuddly toy to enjoy. From start to finish this has been an effortless experience and would recommend this company to ANYONE who was looking to purchase an appliance. Thank you thank you thank you. You really do not realise how much service means until you experience 5* quality like this. You also do not know how much a washing machine means to you until you don’t have one!!

We chose a Hisense model, which has excellent reviews, and next day delivery, so everything was so easy. Job done. I ordered and it was delivered in 2 days. They gave delivery time with 4 hours window and came within that time. They took my old washing machine and replaced with the one I purchased. They done test run. However when I did my first load on my new Hisense washer dryer there was an error with the door. I called Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and they put me through Hisense support and the issue was fixed. They are very responsive and supportive. I can recommend you to by from them
