Notified of a time slot in advance, received a call 30mins before arrival to advise the team were on their way, efficient delivery and installation, polite guys who tidied up after themselves

The delivery team were friendly and professional. The product itself is just okay — nothing wrong but nothing special.

Not terrible but not great. The delivery was on time but the product quality is just about acceptable.

Katie in customer services what a great employee you have there! My tumble dryer arrived and it was faulty. After having a 3 way call with Bosch, Bosch wanted to send someone out to inspect which was going to take days. I stated that I really needed a tumble dryer due to having a lot of washing for a family of 4 and Katie said she would find me a replacement right away and Bosch were to cancel their services. Dryer will be collected within 3 days and new one delivered at same time. Katie deserves recognition for going above and beyond. What a star!
