We used the Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse recycling service to remove an old chest freezer. The service was infinitely cheaper than the local council collection fee and booking was extremely simple.
On the day of collection we received messages giving us a time slot and about an hour before collection the driver called to say exactly when he would be with us .
The freezer was collected by 2 polite helpful chaps and I couldn’t really better the service. 5 stars from me. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

It was so simple to Navigate Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse’s website to find what I needed and order the product and I was able to choose what day I wanted it delivered. On the day they sent a message and email first thing in the morning and gave me a 4hr window for delivery, but then I was later contacted with a 2hr window which was brilliant! The delivery was great also. They were friendly and polite. Was very happy with my purchase.

What fantastic service. My chest freezer broke down so needed something quick! I found a model that was available on next day delivery and ordered it at about 2.30pm. I had a text message at 6.30am to say my delivery would be between 7 & 11 and a tracking link so I could see where I was on the delivery route. I had a phone call when I was next on the list and the guys turned up within about 10 minutes. They were very respectful of my property and very careful removing the old freezer and putting the new one in it’s place. All the packaging was taken away and everything left neat and tidy. I was given clear instructions on leaving the freezer for the gasses to settle. This was a dream compared to the last delivery I had by a different company, where there was a single person crew and I ended up helping carry and maneuver a 5ft chest freezer! (I am only 4ft11 myself!)
So a new appliance supplied, delivered, the old appliance taken away and all the rubbish disposed of in less than 24 hours. Who could fault service like that?
