I have to take this opportunity to apologise to Danielle from after sales customer service dept and Kendra from manufacturer liaising dept for sorting out the missing parts of the vacuum cleaner I placed recently. It was entirely my mistake that the missing parts were stored in the hidden compartment in the vacuum cleaner I could not spot. I have told the manufacturer not to send me the replacement missing parts in the future and would like to say sorry to Danielle and Kendra for your time wasted on me. I was given a telephone warning about 30 minutes before the arrival of two cheerful men who buckled down to work straight away.
I was always spoken to very politely, and they took me through the way to work the hob with great patience.
My vacuum cleaner was borrowed to help with the very thorough cleanup, and afterwards I was extremely pleased and surprised to find that they had emptied the dust container.
What more could I ask!?!
