Ordering excellent, delivery drivers communicated regularly with updates of how long it would be and were efficient. The only annoying thing was the phone call the day before to check everything was prepared for delivery, turned into a sales pitch for domestic and general insurance! Despite having a 2yr warranty they, were pushy and assumed I would automatically sign up to pay so much a month. I had to be persistent that I was not interested. I would worry about more vulnerable people agreeing to it without realising.

Great customer sales team where I was called before my order arrived to let me know what to expect and on the day for my delivery slot. Arrived on time and goods were well packaged.

Delivery made, after breakdown by driver helping colleague out. No room for old unit but was collected a couple of days later with full apologies. Excellent service, keep up the good work. Thanks
