Dean and the driver (I didn’t get his name) were both polite, efficient, informative and professional when installing our new hob and setting up a wine cooler which needed the door reversed. When I had a query about the hob, Dean returned a couple of days after installation and cleared up the issue for me.

My wine cooler arrived damaged which is always going to be inconvenient and upsetting. But it was handled quite easily with a few phone calls. Sending photos was useful and helped speed up the process and the swop for a new item was done within days. I’m now happy. Customer service was good.
