Friendly and professional, placed item where it needed to go, will buy more items in the future, kept me updated about delivery times.

Is was quite easy to order and pay for goods although I think improvement on keeping the customer upto date with delivery. My order should of arrived between 7.00-12.00 noon. I couldn’t track the order just kept taking me to dpd delivery where it said no parcel existed. Then at 11.15 I managed to find the parcel which was arriving between 12.05-1.05. It arrived at 12.40
