Excellent delivery staff.
AI notified delivery slot wasn’t so great. Texting me during the night of a 7am to 11am delivery slot not helpful if customer does not wake until 0730

Ordering process very easy. Advance call of arrival given prior to delivery. Delivery personnel courteous, friendly and very efficient. Registration of guarantee again very easy. Follow-up call to both ensure all OK and offer additional maintenance options.
As always excellent service received. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
