    My washing machine had broke – I needed one very quickly and decided to buy new one. When finally choose washing machine that I really like it was not available in any common shops like another retailer, or another retailer.     In the last eight months we have had to order a new washing machine a new tumble dryer a washing machine for our rental property and now a dishwasher! Every time the people that have been sent out by Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse have been lovely friendly and very professional knowing exactly what needs to be done. The people I sent to the rental property couldn’t fit the product properly due to the fact I have not noticed that the last tenant had removed a piece from the Plumbing despite this they apologised and did the best they could to set the machine up. Yesterday I had a dishwasher delivered to my home and I have to say I will was surprised by how long it takes to fit a dishwasher but they took their time levelling it up and integrating it properly into the cupboard.     I feel like they’re really good at keeping you informed about the delivery giving you a call when they’re about 15 minutes out probably the best for letting you know what’s going on.

    Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse we’re brilliant from the moment I placed the order gor our new washing machine. Excellent communication throughout. On the day we were able to easily track the van. They called us about 20 mins before they arrived. The two men were pleasant and professional from arriving to leaving.
    Ours isn’t an easy house to deliver to, but they worked so hard to get everything right.
    There was a slight problem with the old washer but they resolved that. They carried it out do they didn’t dirty our carpet! The brought the new one in the same way
    It was up and running before we knew it. They cleaned up where they had been working, and ran an installation sequence and explained everything clearly.

There was no pressure & the focus was on what we needed rather than trying to up sell us, it really was a great experience. The machine has just been fitted today & the £125 it cost was worth every penny. The two chaps were polite & incredibly helpful & professional.     Website is easy to navigate. Got a great deal on the washing machine I wanted. Whilst the pricing was very reasonable for delivery, unpacking & taking away old machine for recycling, this all became free once I signed up for a year & I also got a further discount of my purchase.
    I took a call from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse within 24hrs talking me through my purchase & delivery etc (always good to chat to rep when your spending a lot of money & an opportunity to ask any Q’s).
    Delivery service was great, whilst you can choose a time slot for an extra £10 fee. I just chose a date knowing that I would get a 4hr time slot sent to me within 24/48hr of chosen date. On the day you can track the delivery in real time seeing how many drop offs are before you, then a phone call when they are 10 mins away.
    Delivery lads were friendly & very professional.
    I would absolutely use Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse again. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
