Would have been a 10/10 experience except for not having what I ordered. Then they said it would be the next day, waited, and nothing came. So I rang up the day after, and they said I had to rebook it again. I was a happy bunny when it turned up. Also, I know money is getting tight for everybody, but when did they stop putting the wiring to plug it in on appliances?

Communication leading up to and on day of delivery was excellent. In addition to receiving a 2 hour slot on the day, the Driver also called me shortly before he arrived.
Price point for the TV was the same as another retailer but delivery at £7 was less than half the price!

Excellent customer service, delivery guys went over and above. To be fair, this kind of customer service is standard for these guys now.

Good price. Good delivery.
Friendly team in the van.
Only issue was not having done a Bosch door reversal before so did not have correct tool. Tool supplied by a friend if mine to save the day. One part of door reversal not completed. No contact yet from head office even though issue was reported.

It has been amazing, I ordered the TV and was able to have it delivered the following morning, I was able to track when I would be next. The guys were very respectful and they set everything up for me. It was so easy.
