Fitter had a little moan about having to drill a hole to get to the cable through to the isolator.
Swapped from gas hob to electric (induction). Electrician we had earlier to put in a dedicated circuit said no point drilling an access hole until we knew where the cables came in to the hob.

Excellent Customer Service. Everyone I have talked to at Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse has been so friendly, respectful and caring, taking time to patiently listen and respond to my concerns with clear explanations. This was also true of the gas fitter and electrician who came to replace my gas hob with an induction hob. My only disappointment was that they couldn’t deliver on the first date as they had run out of hours on previous deliveries. That’s frustrating when you have waited in all afternoon. But I did get a phone call from a lovely woman the same evening to explain the situation, apologize and book a new date. 5 Star treatment indeed!
