Delivery and installation was OK. Customer service is great. I had a problem with the connection of my HDD recorder. It took some sorting but customer service were always very helpful, they even sat in on a call with Hisense and eventually managed to resolve the problem for me.

Only used it once so far and used the eco 40 – 60 wash and was surprised how long it took – am sure it was almost 3 hours. However, there is a quick wash option and, I’ve not read the instructions yet so maybe I’m missing a trick. Quiet machine, even on spin. I definitely noticed an improvement to the feel of the clean washing when emptying. Clean, fresh, and super spun.
Edit. Not product related. I have no idea how to change my name when doing reviews. Used the Anon (the spelling 🙄) when ordering a gift years ago and only noticed still there when post and cannot change it). Not hiding from husband 😁
