I ordered an integrated fridge/freezer only to find due to my measurements it didn’t fit:(
The delivery team were brilliant and put me onto customer service so a replacement could be ordered at no extra cost.
I spoke to Denise at Driverline in Crewe who was brilliant helping me choose a replacement that would fit. She was very patient and called me back so I had time to make my decision.
What could have been a very stressful experience was resolved quickly in a kind and professional way.
The replacement (a Beko) was delivered 48 hours later and again a very polite, professional delivery team who called to let me know they were on their way and arrived within the four hour slot I’d been allocated.
The fridge/freezer was fitted quickly and efficiently and the old appliance, packaging etc taken away – excellent service well worth the extra cost.
All in all a great experience and will definitely choose Lifestyle Home Appliances again for any future appliances.

Item was in stock received item 4 days later because I wouldn’t have to pay for delivery item was delivered on time old item was removed, removal of packaging but was told by driver you no longer do this service, but after talking to a relative who had a item delivered by you that delivery driver did take her packaging… Not nice guys!!
