Was promised email/text confirming delivery window before 08.30 a.m. This didn’t arrive until 09.43 so had to cancel another commitment that I could have kept if I’d had the delivery window information on time.
I also thought the delivery would be by Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and that the item would be unpacked and packaging taken away. Not sure where I got this idea! But DPD just delivered to front door.

Joseph from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse phoned me within 24 hours of my initial review and explained why these issues arose. He was very professional and helpful, and I quite understand why these small points occurred, and I know that he will be passing my comments on to the relevant department. I was very impressed with the level of customer service, and for that reason I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse in the future.
