Delivery was fine but the item had a small dent on arrival. Customer service sorted it eventually but took longer than expected.

Really long wait, almost 45 mins waiting to be answered. The gentleman on the end of the phone was polite and helpful. He created a solution for the issue. Hopefully, it will be executed seamlessly.
