The speed of the whole process, from ordering to delivery all within 24 hrs, and on a bank holiday weekend
A special mention to the AMAZING delivery team who were faced with quite a challenge, never complained just got on with it, extremely polite and respectful ,honestly they deserved a medal yesterday, good guys that I hope are appreciated, we certainly did!

Bit of a mixed experience. Delivery guys were helpful but the product itself has a couple of design flaws.

Easy purchase. Delivery was prompt and easy to manage. The product was at a good price. 5 stars from me
My only negative comment is that a lovely very polite and friendly lady tried to sell me very expensive breakdown cover. I get this is probably the only real revenue stream but I would prefer the option when making the purchase. Many customers will like this approach, just not my personal preference.
