I had a very frustrating experience with a faulty Panasonic TV (model TB-43W61AEY) that developed intermittent software issues just weeks after purchase. Panasonic refused to resolve the problem promptly, and the repair process was slow and unclear.
Thankfully, Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse stepped in when I escalated a complaint. The agent I spoke to on 13th March was particularly helpful, listened carefully, and took ownership of the case. They arranged for the faulty TV to be collected, and a full refund is now being processed.
The process took longer than I would have liked, and my partner had to chase updates along the way, but in the end Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse ensured the issue was resolved. I appreciate their persistence and proactive support where the manufacturer failed.
Overall, a good experience with Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse, but the timeline could have been faster.

Just bought a Samsung Washer and Heatpump tumble dryer to replace a pair 10 yrs old
Joined Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse club ,so got discount off both units plus £40 for buying two,and got delivery and unpack and remove packaging, and old units taken away for far cheaper than other retailers’s.
Also delivered when I wanted it. The delivery was brilliant. Thanks everyone. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
