    Good prices, looking for a large freezer, to store all our homegrown stuff. This fitted the bill better price than some other companies and by joining the 5star club for a year got delivery and collection of the old appliance for up to a year. Placed the order and got a call fairly quickly to see if we wanted insurance. Arranged next day delivery. Got an email on the day to day 4 hour window. Then a while later a call to say between 10-12 and the when we were the next delivery a call to say 25 mins. So within 24hs of placing the order we had our new freezer. What’s not to like, delivery men were quick unloading, friendly and took the packaging away. Great service.

    Well, I made a mistake of only measuring the height of the freezer and NOT the width, as the freezer wouldn’t go through the last doorway in the house…..whoops! Anyway, I asked the driver if he could just give me 5 minutes to clear a way through int the garage and he said, ok. The freezer was the put into the correct position and all was well, with a serious, well meant apology to the driver and his assistant….who said that it was no trouble.
