Paid a great price, cheaper than anywhere else. Opted for the Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse membership which included free delivery, free recycling of my old appliances and unpacking and positioning of the new ones. The price of the membership when split between the 2 appliances with the extra services worked out so cheap and I have those extra services for any future purchases. The delivery guys rang at 7am to tell me they would be here at 9am, I could track their position online and they rang me again when 5 minutes away.     The two gentlemen brought the appliance into my kitchen, unwrapped it, then asked if I had someone to connect the outlet pipe.     It was very easy to order the model of tumble dryer I wanted after checking all the specifications to make sure it would fit.
    The website is very easy to use, once ordered delivery is quick and you can choose the date you want to take delivery. On the day of delivery, I received phone calls updating me with a time window, then again confirming they were in their way.
    I had ordered the appliance and unpacking and fitting as I would be unable to do that myself.
    The guys unwrapped the item as they hit it out of the can and took away all the rubbish.
    They brought the appliance in very carefully and installed it where I wanted, which was in a gap in a fitted kitchen. It just needed to be plugged in behind a fitting and the guys did that for me.
    I did have one concern, that when they pushed the dryer in and left to leave, the dryer dud not look level and I had to call them back, to address that, which they did immediately.
    Given my experience, I would definitely recommend LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com -online their prices are pretty good and I shall check them out, for any appliances I may need in the future.

    I generally only buy now from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse. However, I just bought a vented tumble dryer and I needed to know if the heat outlet was on the left or the right hand side of the machine because it needs to align with the existing pipe. Unfortunately there were no photographs of this and the only way to find out, even after calling customer support, was to open the box which meant it needed to be delivered.. I would suggest if there are any connectors at the back of any appliances there was always a screenshot of it.

    The goods we ordered are great, the delivery was good as well as the 2 lads that delivered the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
    I paid for disconnection and reconnection, it wasn’t until after I had paid that you stated that your guys would not touch anything that was hardwired, thankfully in this case both had plugs and sockets.
    The Tumble dryer was installed, thankfully I was watching as the vent hose was not connected. When I asked about this I was told that they didn’t fit them. The Tumble dryer was removed from position and I then fitted the vent hose.
    Your website needs to be more specific prior to charging for disconnection/installation. Anyone who wouldn’t be able to this would have been left high and dry

    The confirmation email gave clear details of delivery procedure
    On the day we had an email to provide a 4 hour window, then a text with a further reduced 2 hour window. The drivers then rang when they were 30 minutes away as per our instructions. On arrival the delivery men were excellent, removing the old appliance and positioning the new one in exactly the same place on top of the work top. No installation required as it was a tumble dryer.

    I purchased a LG Smart Heat Pump Tumble Dryer (Not cheap!) after confirming with LG what it could do (in writing)!

    It was supposed to talk (via smart technology) with my existing LG smart washing machine.

    Sadly it didn’t! I spent hours (so many!) on the phone with LG. They declined to send an engineer! They didn’t appear to care!

    I proved it wasn’t a firewall issue, wasn’t a VPN issue, wasn’t a signal strength issue! Wasn’t a set up issue!

    Eventually Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse said enough is enough! They replaced the item. The new item (albeit was the same LG model) then did what it was supposed to do!

    What can I say! Oh yes I know the first item was faulty!

    So what did I learn;
    – I will never buy another LG product!
    – LG technical support and customer services are poor. They refuse to accept a fault choosing to relabel it a concern! REALLY!
    – LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com supports it’s customers. It may take a little time, but I expect problems can be difficult to solve. However, they do actually care and I will buy from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse again.

    The delivery drivers were a bit grumpy- I’ve always ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliance Warehouse and had several white goods ordered – my washing machine and tumble dryer are in an out building and never before have drivers complained about taking the items through. These drivers were a bit stroppy about it.
