First and foremost LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com had the items I wanted in stock – I had been to another store to physically look at the items but when I tried to order them online later one of the items wasn’t available straight away, so I shopped around online and noticed that LifestyleHomeApplianceWarehouse.com had both items available to deliver straight away. The ordering and payment process was very straightforward – I was able to pick a day and then a time slot that suited me. On the day both items arrived within the expected time – the two guys were pleasant and handled the items with care, negotiating through the tricky entrance. They fitted the washing machine and tested it before they left, and unpackaged the oven which is to be connected up by an electrician who I know from my work and left them both with the instructions and paperwork neatly in the kitchen. From easy to follow online order , information given by email and text at all stages of delivery. On day of delivery you get a contact message early morning with a time slot . Also you are given a tracking link for the delivery van which works really well . Delivery team where friendly and helpful , and considering it was a very wet day and they had to move heavy washing machines up a number of steep steps to get access to the flat entrance all in the pouring rain . Then Manually moving the washing machine around two door ways with care in to the kitchen . After the delivery one of the delivery men walked back in the pouring rain to the flat and left a green cuddly toy for my granddaughter who was having her breakfast in the kitchen at the time . Very happy with the complete experience would use again and recommend there services on this experience.
