Delivery was prompt and the driver was pleasant enough. However the product quality is below what I paid for.

Great value Shark upright vacuum. Light weight and easy to use. Straight forward instructions how to assemble. Once assembled great suction and simple to empty. A great piece of kit and glad I bought it at a great price.
